Yoga Nidra
The term Yoga Nidra means yogic or psychic sleep. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation.
The benefits of Yoga Nidra
In alpha state Serotonin is released, which helps you to reach a transformational experience of inner calm. From this place fluctuations in the mind start to decrease and you begin to feel more at ease. The body moves into stillness and a deep feeling of tranquillity and relaxation occurs.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique in which is a trance-like state of focused attention is induced through a deep relaxation practice . This state gives access to the subconscious mind to address issues of concern like fears or deeply ingrained habits like smoking or gambling or excessive eating. During this practice you have control and you do not lose consciousness.

Neuro- Feedback
The brain responds to ‘information’ on a conscious and non conscious manner, and typically without any assistance. We have the ability for complex processing and this is typically determined by how efficiently it functions as a self-organizing dynamical and transformational system. We find most tasks like breathing, eating, and digestion are ultimately performed without our focused attention! Once we have learned a task such as reading, writing, riding a bike, and even driving, we rarely think about how we do it again.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Traumatic events and/or disturbing adverse life experiences can be encoded maladaptively in memory resulting in inadequate or impaired linkage with memory networks containing more adaptive information. EMDR procedures facilitate the effective reprocessing of traumatic events or adverse life experiences and associated beliefs, to an adaptive resolution. Specific procedural steps are used to access and reprocess information which incorporates alternating bilateral visual, auditory, or tactile stimulation.
