Heena provides evidence-based therapy for conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma and other chronic disease management. She uses Cognitive / Dialectic Behaviour Therapies, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Sensorimotor, Neuro-feedback and Mindfulness Practices. Her approach is holistic which incorporates mind-body practices and focuses on person-centred recovery.
