Heena Raikar
Heena Raikar who is trained as a Clinical Social Worker , a Counsellor as well as a Yoga Therapist excels in therapy for those with complex problems. She has extensive experience within public and private mental health services with all age groups, but specialising in treating aged care patients living in residential Aged Care. She works with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other chronic disease management. Her firm grounding in medical settings is balanced by her holistic approach in her therapy, using Cognitive / Dialectic Behaviour Therapies, Hypnotherapy and mindfulness practices. Consultations: Wednesdays. Medicare, ATAPS, Work Cover, EAP, NDIS and Victims of Crime.
